can any one tell me the trade in value of a 4520 mfwd with 400cx and heavy duty bucket with tooth bar approx 100 hours ? just a ball park so i can tell if im getting a fair trade ? it was bought new march of 2010

Figure 20-25 percent less then you paid for it...that's trading up for a new tractor and your dealer is willing to work with you.
That also depends on the hours and condition of the tractor...high hours (more then 200-250 for a 18 month old tractor) or one that has been beat (and shows it) will be less of a trade. Your tractor has 100 hours (approx), so it isn't "high hour").

Yeah...but the trade in value isn't the selling price when the dealer sells it.
It really depends though...I bought my 790 used (24 hours on the meter) for $12500...I got $11500 for it 6 years later with about 300 hours (when I traded for the 4400).
I was very happy with that deal...but I'd been buying from the same dealer for 10-11 years which probably helped.

he made the offer of 20,000 for my tractor . im trading up to a 5095m full cab with the power reverser plus tranny . also a 563 loader skid steer carrier and third function . anybody got experience with the reverser plus tranny ?

If your tractor is in the condition most would expect with only 100 hrs. IMHO you can do better selling yourself. I would think you could sell very quickly for $22,000 and a couple thousand more if you can wait. Note: these figures are considering your 4520 to be an open station machine.
