Hello All,

I am looking into trading my 2210/c62 with 120 hours for a 2305 or 2320.
What is the trade in value of the 2210 & C62,
Thank You.

It will most likely depend on what kind of price your dealer is giving you on the 2305 (higher price on 2305 = inflated value of trade-in). If you check out machinefinder.com you'll see 2210's advertised for $9K for the base machine on up. Depends on the dealer, but I would guess you're looking at about $2.5K-$3K to trade just the 2210 for the 2305 (no deck included).

The 2210 and the 2305 are virtually the same machine. With only 120 hours on the 2210 my (unsolicited) advice would be to keep the 2210 instead of buying the 2305 based strictly on $$. Now, if you need the additional clearance of the 2320 or 2520, that's something different - it will also be more expensive.

Bottom line is that there are too many variables (local market, unit availability, turnover for used units at your dealer, condition of your equipment, time of year, relationship with dealer, etc.) - the only one who knows for sure is your dealer.

Good Luck!

Let me be the first to say this - I dont see any benefits to unload a 2210 for a 2305. In fact you will be giving up a little (loader lift capacity and a few other monor things) - I think the only feature the 2305 has over the 2210 is position control. The 2320 & 2520 would be an upgade no doubt...the 2210 are in good demand these days, so holding it value is a good possibility

Thanks for the replies.
I should have given a little more information. The only reason for trading would be to get the independent lift for the mower deck on the 2305. I now pull a Trac Vac trailer with the 2210. The vac blower is mounted on the trailer. I would like to get a Trac Vac with a pto driven 3pt mounted blower. When the 3pt blower is mounted, the 3pt hitch is locked in position. I would need an independent lift for the mower deck. I know that some have added independent lifts to 2210s. I do not have the ability to do that & have not found someone to do for me.

FWIW, I sold a 2005 2210/210 loader/62c/iMatch with 100 hours for $12,100 earlier this year. Was a private sale.

I'm running a model 854 3 pt. rear pto driven TRAC VAC on my 2210 and it works great. You don't need the independent lift to run that unit.

Lobo56,

That is the setup I want to get. I was told that I could not raise the 3 pt high enough to raise the deck with the blower mounted & the PTO attached.
It seems I was told wrong.
Have you had any problems with this setup? Does the tractor have plenty of power to handle that seup?
Thanks.

You need to order the 3” drop hitch for the back of the blower unit, if I remember its 30 something dollars. That way you don’t need to lower the blower unit down so low and the cart will ride level to the blower unit. You set the mower deck to 3 or 4 on the deck height setting and lower the deck till it just stops dropping. You can’t run the mower in float, but I have never had a problem with that. If accidentally put it in float you will only drag the blower hitch on the ground. The 2210 has plenty of power to run the unit, you need a minimum of 15 hp at the rear pto which you have. This thing can really vacuum leaves & acorns of the ground. If anything you have to much 3pt lift.

Wow Chris, I forgot that you have a 4710 and 2210. Has to be a nice looking equipment shed...

I am just curious, but why trade the 2210?
