That would be my 1974 Gilson Hydro-16. It's now buried in my barn, waiting on me to fix a deck spindle and rekindle its "flame." I also have this little Oliver to do a fix of the steering on. All good retirement projects, don't you think?

You can see the yellow female is much daintier and prettier than the big red male.

The Gilson looks nice. I always wanted one but ended up with a Sears 16 HP. Onan engined tractor way back when I could still remember when I had hair.
For some reason I am hooked on that style of Sears tractors.
I have a 16 hp that is in pretty good shape and an 18hp that needs a lot of work. Just passed up a 20 hp one on Craigslist that I should have bought. Don't know why, but I should have got it. Oh well, maybe the next one.

No offspring yet.
We're hoping to sprout a riding mower for the new lawns.
I'm not sure this will happen because I read the female is quite promiscuous and often looks for a mate with the largest PHD auger.
