I really like this picture so I'm saving it to my collection, the tractor looks about the same as my L3400......

That is a great pic... now that my ISP is cooperating enough so that I can actually see it.

If he breaks those utility poles I want to see a picture of the load he hauled across to do it.

I have two bridges like that, one of which cattle go over (about 100 at a time). The side rail boards are important to keep the hooves on the bridge. Otherwise (ask me how I know) the cattle go in the creek from time to time. We actually run them through the creek on a different crossing more often, truth be known. Tractors too.

Thanks gents. It has been a big project for me, very glad to have the bulk of it completed at this time. Also very glad my wife encouraged me to get it going and done, instead of rolling her eyes in frustration like often happens with my projects, lol.

I'll try to repeat that picture in a 100% completed state before all the last leaves have fallen. I have a load of gravel being delivered this week to help complete the approaches on each side with better drainage. Picking up some brown paint today, if I'm lucky the weather will support a quick and dirty paint job tomorrow after work. Wanted to paint it all before I put the side trim on.

Some chainsaws "tighten" the caps at you use them. One of mine does that, and I also have to use a wrench to loosen it.

I had one on the past that did the same thing...

I guess I've been lucky so far. I've never owned a saw that did that.

Yes yes yes I had another problem, last winter while cutting wood I got so tired of the Echo oil cap coming off hard all the time and having to need a wrench to take it off when the cap was only hand tight to begin with, I decided to not tighten it down so much on next refill. That worked great, no leaking around cap after filling so did it again that way on next refill, after 10 minutes of cutting wood I had oil soaked paints, brand new paints and there the cap was just dangling off the saw, dont have this problem with flip caps, tight is right and loose is easy...........

My oil soaked pants have all been due to "operator malfunction". However, you may have convinced me to give flippy caps another try. If everyone else likes them so much, they may be worth trying out ... now I just need to wait for my next saw to die beyond reasonable repair. I keep thinking my 357XP that will be the next one to go, but so far the worst repair it's needed was the ignition coil. If it does die, it would give me a great excuse to get a Stihl MS362 or a Husqvarna 562XP.
