It all pulps up, so the more used the better.

That's a good long load but I'm thinking Molalla1 is going to come on and show you some real logs.

As soon as this back of mine gets better  (I have quite a lot of older trees still growing )

Here pulp mills dont want cedar guess it doesn't make paper. But everything makes bio-mass and I thought 40 years ago wood chip making would be the booming future, instead from what I see it's just barely holding on.

I spent the afternoon stocking up on garage slab wood, this makes 10> 2'x2'x8' bundles for this heat season. I took a couple pictures of my 3' long magic stick to get strapping under the bundles, works good on the single hook straps, not so good on those double rap hooks.

My jib crane needs to be 4" higher I can just barely get the last of 10 bundles up there.

I keep waiting for somebody to make specialty OSB using cedar, but it hasn't happened yet. There is a market for low value wood to send to Europe for "green" biomass pellets, they just haven't worked the kinks out of it yet. (It needs to be run through a kiln to kill any bugs and disease.) Once that power line from Quebec goes through we won't see any biomass plants here... even though the power is all going to points south. I just haven't been able to figure out how it's "green" when coming from a hydro plant in Quebec, but it was evil when the dams were on the Penobscot.
