Does he buy the cedar on weight? That looks like a tough load to stick scale.

I have 5 chokers on my winch which for me keep things from getting to tangled up. Son said he pays $70.00/ton, I thought it was by cord.

What a freaken mess............ How old was those logs? Looks like there age a little, if they was white pine they'd be full of holes,

I have 5 chokers also, but only 3 sliders plus the eye on the cable end. My problem is that the trees are in all different directions, so that it's easier to bring out a few at a time. My lot's only 660 feet deep, so it's not like I'm doing a long yard.

Very good machines indeed. They are very common here and can go easily over 20,000 hours without any major problems.

After they made the SDF group, it's not the same as the old machines. Not even close. Bunch of electrical/electronic problems, transmissions, seals going bad. For some reason they only offer 1 year of Warranty.
