Instead of doing a lot of calling around to numerous salvage yards, this link provides a quicker method.
http://www.tractorhouse.com/Default.aspx When you open the link, note the menu in red at top left. And the 5th item down, "parts search". Click on that, and on the next page that appears, click on "dismantled machines". A list will appear with numerous mfg's, and models of tractors in their yards. A LOT of salvage yards are linked up to this site, large and small. I used your model number ans came up with 2 results. One looks to have a useable hood, but didin't look too close, and the other looks as though it has burned. Click on this link to see the results:

If you don't see what you are looking for, or your model number, go back to the Tractorhouse hompage, and look in the menu again for the 3rd item down. You can post afree "want to buy" ad. You will need to register with them, and give some contact info. Pretty painless, and takes a couple of minutes. Items that some salvage yards may not have listed, because some go ahead, and disassemble tractors, and have parts on shelves, or private individuals selling items are linked up to this too. Most that have the item will contact you within 24 hrs, and I have had them call within 36 hrs, but not over that. I would suggest waiting the 36 hrs. to get all results. I've gotten quite a price difference on some items, and one salvage yard even dropped his price, to match another's, to get the business. Write the dealers ph. number down, and price. If another dealer thnks you are BS'ing them on a price, give them the info, and have them call... All I have done this with on the tail end of the 36 hr period, ususlly just go ahead, and drop the price.
Location has a lot to do with it on the shipping cost too, depending on the actual parts size/weight.
