Have you test each glow plug to see if they are "good", how about using volt meter at glow plugs, got voltage... If bulb is just a incandescent lamp it may be coming on, but the glow plugs them selves may not be heating... My MF GC 1715 glowplug lamp comes on with key in GP position, but it only tells me key is in GP position and there is possibly 12 volts going out to GP's.... Is not a indicator of current flow through GP's to cause them to heat... Many systems, many ways, to initiate glow plugs, only a glow coil indicator mounted in series with glow plugs will actually indicate you have a good "current" path through GP's....

U say "it is getting fuel".. Getting fuel to the inj. pump INLET.??
Loosen the lines AT THE INJECTORS.. NOT the pump.. & SEE if your getting fuel TO THE injectors..
IF NOT, Does it have an electric shut off solenoid.??
does it sh-off w/ the key or do u have to move a cable or lever.??
Check to see if u have 12v AT THE SOLENOID.. Can u HEAR IT clicking on & off.??
Sometimes its easiest to remove the solenoid to eliminate an electrical problem..
Did U take the air cleaner OFF.. if not, DO SO..
Let us know how u make out..

There is fuel going to injectors Selinoid is good took the breather off still nothing havnt checked glow plugs but your turn the key back for a few seconds and the light turns read it has a lever you pull to cut it off and it seems like it痴 working correctly I am stumped

If you can try to tow start it.
If it's getting air and fuel close to the right time it should go that way.

You said you took the "breather " off. Did you check the air filter to make sure it isn't clogged. Gotta' have fuel AND air to run.

IF u don't have a volt meter or test lite.. u hafta find out IF the gp's are working..
It looks like u hafta take'm out.. & hook the top to 12v+ & the body to -.. use a batter w/ alligator clips or a battery charger.
DO NOT HOLD THE TIP..
Once u find out weather they're good or bad, u have to make sure they're getting power..
Either go buy a test lite or vmeter.. OR.. run a hot 12v + to the gp rail that feeds all the gp's & hold it there or tie it off..
wait the approp. amount of time & try to start the engine..

I have a volt meter where do you hook it and how many volts should they be getting thanks

U have to take off the "common rail" that feeds all the gps..
Put the meter on ohms & put the leads on the top & the block..
U should see no mare that 2 ohms.. any more & the gp is no good..
IF your testing for voltage TO the gp's.. put the meter on 12v & Touch the + to the "rail" that feeds all of them & the - to the battery - or the engine block.. & have someone activate them w/ the key switch.. u should see 8-12v..
I NEVER LIKED using an ohm meter to test them.. I ALWAYS took them out..
Good luck & I hope u find the problem.

ok put the volt meter on the bar with the key turned back to glow I was getting 9.5 when trying to start tractor 6.5 also it has been in the mid 70s the last 2 days wouldn't it be warm enough to start

SOME of those small engines need GP's to start if its 90* out..
I've never see a 12v system w/ a 6v gp system..
Run a long hot wire off the battery straight to the gp rail.. & either hold it on or use some alligator clips.
Did u "test" the gp's yet..

Glow plug test is very simple!

They will feel warm to hot just after a cycle and this while still in place.
While being 'cycled' the glow plug buss bar reading will be somewhere around 9 volts due to the high current draw.

If so then fuel delivery is the next issue to check with bleeding the most probable 'cure'.

I like to bleed right up at each injector by simply cracking the fitting until I get a fuel leak.
While best to bleed each injector, doing only one will get mine to put-put stutter for a bit and then roar on all 3 cylinders shortly.

I swear it seems like something is draining the battery noticed the negative is getting hot fast all 3 injectors are getting fuel and hooked seprate battery to glow plug bar light got really red but still no start not trying to be a pain in the *** but recently bout a house and don't have allot of extra funds so trying to fix this myself

Do NOT put any ether in the intake of the engine. It's a quick way to have a bigger headache than you now have! If a GP is working, and you spray ether you may end up with a bent rod, or other damage!
