Traction Tractor will hardly move

I have a ts254c Kama, When you put it in gear it will hardly move, it my creep. sounds like clutch is not engaging, but when you bring clutch out a little the bucket will rise and go down. I probably do need a clutch and i need also the brakes also. Could any body help with some infor on this or where i may get some parts.

Affordable probably has the parts you need. He is a supplier here. it is a 2 stage clutch and I believe the pump on that one is driven off of the PTO so maybe yo just need a clutch adjustment ...
