Tractor Values

I am thinking of going back to a utility tractor and selling the TC35. It currently has 80 hrs on it,gear shift with loaded r4 tires,and the 16la loader,has deluxe 3pt and not a scratch. It is a great tractor just not heavy enough.What is a fair price if we decide to try to sell? Interest rates are still very low and new ones are relativly easy to buy?
