tractor stuck in neutral

i have a 2007 new holland TS125A . it has been stuck in neutral for 2 weeks now. last year it did the same thing and i was told to replace the hydraulics filter and oil and it worked. this time i tried that again and it still doesnt move. i dont know alot about tractors. im not sure if this is a hydraulic issue anymore. any info would be greatly appreciated

Hope somebody else has a solution because our TS115A is heading down the same path. It started 2 years ago with the same dealer recommendation - oil & filter. We used NH oil & filters. Now it is questionable when cold which indicates it could be hydraulic transmission pressure.
