Comparison tractor shopping

Well, went tractor shopping today, first stop the big green and yellow store. My God!!!! it was mostly plastic. plastic hood , fenders, narrow platform, just kinda crampt at the controls and not even a floor mat, most definitly won't be spending any $$$ there.
Next the M-F / Mahindra dealer, Like the 1643 but this yr. they are Kinda proud of it $$$$, But that new mahindra 4035 is really a nice tractor. still kind of favor M-F, but Mahindra sure got my attention

Hi! I do not know about the Mahindra brand no dealers around here. But I have a 1643 and just love that tractor. Best thing I can tell you try both, feel them look at all the controls, arms and pedal and ride them. Do you need a heavy tractor (plowing)or a lighter one (mowing) ....you can answer that. I have plastic fenders, hood and some other panels. Maybe all external panels are plastic.

After I bounced a few rocks off the hood I came to like them a lot better than metal. Even better than not denting, the paint didn't chip on the plastic, and I have yet to see any rust.

The top of the ROPS/FOPS is also plastic and I haven't seen any rust up there either.
