tractor searching

I'm just getting in the market for a general duty tractor (used) around 30 hp with front end loader and box n rip, a rototiller attachment would be nice. Advice? Pitfalls to watch out for? I haven't driven a tractor for 40 years so I'm a little out of touch with the market.
