If it's a cab tractor go with any bluetooth radio. If it's open ROPS then the noise canceling head set would work best. I have a cheap mechless radio in my backhoe and it works fine for my needs. I have all my music on a SD card for my BH and all my vehicles have mechless radios. I also have the regular 3M work tunes headset I use on my open tractor. Makes a huge difference to cancel some of the outside noise and add some tunes. You don't want to try to drown the outside noise with tunes or you won't have your hearing long.
