Tractor Identification Help?

My friend has recently purchased a used tractor that was said to be a Model 175. I am trying to help him get manuals, specifications etc for it. In browsing various Web sites, it appears that it may not be a 175.
The only identification on the tractor is a plate on the dash that gives a SN 9A I7378 (which doesn稚 match SN listings that we have found for the 175)

Is there anyone on this site that can help us with identification? I am attaching 3 photos that may help.

Doesn't look like a 175. Maybe one of the 200 or 300 series industrials? Sorry, but it's before my time.

I could be either a MF 2135 or a MF 3165 but I think it's a 3165. If it is a 3165 with a diesel it will have a Perkins AD4-203 engine.

After some closer looking, I'd bet 302 or 304. Single piece grille in front, goofy rh side pedal shuttle thing, Yep, I'd say 300 series.

Turns out that it is a MH2200 built in 1966.
