Tractor for sale locally...what model is it?

I emailed the seller but haven't heard back.
This is the pic,hard to tell what it is but it is listed as being 4wd and 30hp and a 1992 model.

Okay just received an email from the sellers.

It is a 1030 model with a 1016 loader.

They are asking $6500.

Thoughts on the price and the tractor?
