Maybe a Kubota promo picture? A deer wishin' she had a tractor? She's been wiping out nearly everything this summer. I guess it is sometimes easier to buy the stuff in the store rather than battle all aspects of nature - cool spring, dry summer, short seasons, wildlife, slugs, blight...

My best friend & his wife enjoy venison. They plant "extra" in their garden and have never shot a deer more than 200' from their house. Live 1 mile out of town & frequently have turkey, bear, & moose pass thru their yard as well. MikeD74t

You just want to show us that tractor! don't you just hate it when the wild life shows up and goes directly to the garden.

Our wild turkeys were in the garden the other night so I went out and got them out of there and when I got back to the porch a bull moose walked into the garden through the corn and out into the woods.

I will chase off the turkeys but decided to leave th emoose alone

Spend money on nice tractor = spend money on nice garden = spend money on nice fence = etc...etc....

It's a never-ending cycle, but at least you get some great wildlife photos out of it.:D

Nice to see Kubota and Deere...opps...Deer can work together side by side. ;)

Gotta feeling in time there will be different size deer tracks in your garden.

Careful! A little down and to the right -- don't want to blast that shoulder to smithereens... :D

I don't understand something. Around here nobody would consider planting a thing without first having a deer fence. On any given evening there are between 10 and 20 deer in the field below my house. They would instantly devastate any young tree or garden that they can get at.

So why do other folks plant a garden without first putting up the deer fence? Is that just wishful thinking or do you actually manage to harvest something that the deer won't eat?

It's wishful thinking!:D We are having a dry summer and the deer will come in and chew out the tops of the corn plants for the moisture. Next year hopefully I will have a deer fence. They are oblivious to tractors, when mowing you can drive up to them without any concern on their part.
