If I include the JD335 I had before (and still have), the 2210 with FEL, 62C, 4 ft rotary, 5ftBB, for my six acres, I'm at $3266 an acre! But wow you should see how great these six acres look. At least that's what I keep telling the wife.

Never had a budget to worry about before buying, but my equipment vs land is roughly $310 per acre currently. And that includes the main tractors and equipment. The hobby tractors do not get counted as they are for amusement and not for actual use anymore.

Awe come on now... Count them hobby tractors too.. that is why most of us are upside down on our $/acre ratios.. as we are counting all tractors....

Kyle, this will probably be the only time “I win” if the lowest number is the winner.
120 acres – 1- $1,500 Farmall = $12.50 per acre. (For the past 5 years)
However, I can claim this status only for the next 2 weeks, until the new tractor arrives.

My hobby tractors are all pre 1960's and the one came with the farm and one of the others was my fathers who gave it to me and the third is a $500 Allis Chalmers B. So it won't raise it much, just a couple dollars as the only one that counts is the B since the others were free /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif (unless you want market value /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif)
