Rake TR3 vs. Landscape Rake for removing rocks from arena

I just got a TR3 Rake for the arena at the therapeutic riding center where I volunteer, and it does a fabulous job grooming the dirt arena, but the arena still has a lot of rocks. The TR3 seems to do a good job of bringing them up to the service, and I'm wondering what will do a better job of pulling the rocks out of the footing, the TR3 with rock blades, or a landscape rake? Or should I just periodically rent a skidsteer with a RockHound?
