TR3 rake

I saw a used TR3 rake for sale. I have not called on it. I would use it for gravel lane leveling and perhaps some seed bed preparation in heavy sod. Any comments on those that might have used the same or is there a better alternative? Thoughts are appreciated. I would used it on a 45 HP tractor, 4wd with a front end loader. Thanks

Horse people love them for arenas. I hear they are pretty beefy & do gravel well too.

It's going to smooth not level though. Good for ruts & potholes not for removing hills or small slopes.
