Tough year for deer hunters?

The biggest deer I ever seen around here was probably a 12 point buck. I saw him in my back yard about 1:00 am. I never see any big deer during the daylight hours.

Yea i get big ones each year on trail cam. Some only one time. I do put corn out for a trail cam but dont hunt over it. There was one buck who hit the corn each night. i think he was a big 10 point. He would eat mourning and night, no matter where on teh 100+ acre the cam was we would get him. I think i patterned where he was bedding then fedding based on the times he would show up at certain spots. Never saw a glimpse of him in daylight?
