Tough decision..

I have my Ford 3000 tractor listed forsale in the local papers and on the internet. I've had about 80 calls on it in 5 days and i've let one person look at it and he wants it. Now after working on it for the last couple days i'm really starting to like it. I've never been to fond of it, especially after I got my brand new Kubota L2800 HST a couple years ago.

It has a higher reach with the FEL, it has a bigger bucket, it has more horsepower, it's simply a bigger tractor. I don't like that it's not 4wd but i've never had much of a problem with traction or getting it unstuck..

Yup kinda hard to let something go after all those years...part of the family if you will,but can be picky of the next new owner tho...she's gotta have good home w/TLC.

The way things work, just about 1/2 hour after you tell someone who makes a good offer that you've decided to keep it, something serious will break. Sell it while you like it and get a good price without feeling like you cheated the guy. Then go buy a new toy for the Kubota.

Like so many other types of machines, you can never have too may tractors. Things are just not right without a stable of vehicles, a stable of motorcycles, a stable of boats and a stable of tractors. Yeah, dream on.
