Torque question

Can someone be kind enough and tell me the torque for the 3 bolts going from the rear plate to cylinder block in a 2000 Diesel 1971?
Most the time I am not that picky,but behind the plate is a cork gasket around the crankshaft.That's the reason i am a little concern.

3/8-16 bolt...20-25ft/lbs
