Surprisingly, I haven't run into any issues with the suspension or frame (except for repairing the roof supports after one of the guys ran into a tree with it).
Mostly the electrical issues are the ones that plague this vehicle. It's not for a lack of grounding or bad grounds. I have found that the way it generates power leaves much to be desired. The coil wires have a tendency to be attracted to the flywheel and rubbed through. The voltage regulator just plain sucks and especially so at $100 for a replacement. It just doesn't generate enough power (and yes, I have checked for cleanliness and ohms, etc...).
The starters are another issue as they tend to hang on the flywheel. Only had one where the windings were completely chewed up (and I believe that it was due to being engaged with the flywheel at full throttle for a very long time).
To save time... Just yank out the engine when you need to work in that area.
No real problems with the drive or driven clutches, and the gearbox has not been a problem either. Shifting on the other hand.... If the idle is set too high, forget a smooth transition into any range, and forget about getting it back into neutral unless you turn off the engine. Granted, the two that we have are at 5000+ and 7500+ hours, but the problems have run their entire existence.
