Hi: I salvaged these cylinders a few years ago. I didn't think to write down the model number of the mower I took them off of. Now I want to use them in my Top-N-Tilt project but I am not sure if they can handle 2500 psi.
The mower was a large front mower with cab and a 3 or 4 cylinder diesel engine. These hydraulic cylinders were the mower deck lift.
How many psi can they handle?
Thanks, Marshall
P.S. I bought them by the pound and they cost less than $4.00.:)

Good question, but I would guess they are at least 2500psi cylinders, which should be OK to use with your machine.

I am pretty sure that they are 2500 psi cylinders. I just want to make sure that I don't blow something up and spray hydraulic oil all over.
I am kicking myself for not looking over the machine more carefully. It probably had a hydraulic powered deck. I could of had the motors for 18 cent per pound.
