topping off fluids Has anyone tried this transfer pump?

I'm worried that with a $20 price tag, it will be no better than the piece of "basura" I have now.

I'm looking for a simple, durable tool to pull fluid out of the pail/jug etc. and put it in through a differential fill/level hole with the minimum of fuss, clean up and dripping. Not looking for electric or air or ... orr...
A bucket pump might do, but I've not come across one that would transfer "specialty" fluids from quart containers etc. Something the above referenced tool looks like it will do.

PS, MUST WORK IN -10F WINTER TEMPERATURES ! plastic has no place here ;-)

I bought one like that, and used it once. It worked but was very messy. It does work better to push fluids in than to pull fluids out. After using that one, I spent the money and bought a fluid extraction setup and have never looked back. You pump up a vacuum in a plastic tank (there are many brands now a days) and you stick the stinger into any small hole and remove any liquid. The "Suck-Up" that I use works great and had never let me down in 20 years. You can also use a cheap weed sprayer (removed the nozzle) and use it to pressure feed fluids into tight spaces.

I use the 6 quart garden sprayer for larger fluid fills. But for a half pint to top off a diff, it seems like too much trouble to clean out the rig after.
