I have been researching the top-n-tilt for my DK35 and found the link to Carter and Carter Machinery, Hay Equipment Headquarters in a prior thread. I am wondering if anyone here knows the dimensions for the system needed for my DK35? The website lists several different sizes/lengths of cylinders. Also, is our system an "open center or closed center" hydro system? Thanks. Jeff

I have a DK 35 - - not SE or HST - - and have measured for both top-n-tilt cylinders.

Once I get the second set of remotes installed I will be ordering the cylinders - - also from CCM.

For my tractor the upper is 21" - 32". Tilt cylinder will be 6" which will push the end on my 6' blade down 2'.

I am not sure all DK 35's are the same but probably.

I'm sure he'll see your posting and give you help but DK35Vince has I believe CCM's cylinders. They have the check valve on the cylinders to prevent leak down and protect the tractor system. Just give him a day or so. Here's the pictures of his set up he sent to me a while ago.

You guys are incredibly helpful. DKVince, I really appreciate your help. I did learn that I need Kioti valve kit 322038 and the cost from ABCGroff is $182.00. I called Wallace, twice in two days, and spoke to the same gentleman who told me he was researching the valve kit and would get back to me, never did.
I will be installing this myself. Are there any tricks? When threading hydro lines, do you use teflon tape or what? And what kind of torque do you tighten to?
Thank you all for you help.

Not to be riding your shirt tails all the way to the finish line, but if anyone can provide part numbers for the cylinders that would be helpful. I've looked at CCM and surpluscenter for cylinders and my head is spinning. The surpluscenter website is amazing, way to many cylinders to choose from.

I've taken a brief look at the surplus center's cylinders and I don't remember them having a check valve. This may be a discussion in itself but from what I learned, the check valves are a good feature even though the cylinders are more. They hold the cylinder in the position you set so your angle or digging adjustments don't change as some tractor control valves will bleed off a little. Also, any forces put against the cylinder are contained by the check valve instead of being transmitted to the tractor control valves. Maybe somebody that has better knowledge will toss in their viewpoint. Sorry, I don't have any part numbers and I have a CK30hst.

Just in case you missed some of the latest news, Wallace Tractor and Kioti have parted ways. :(

I recommend top and tilt cylinders with the check valves. In my opinion they work much better than using cylinders without the check valves.

SurplusCenter has a 21" retracted top link w/check valve Part# 9-7682-11. They have no side link w/check valve that I am aware of.

CCM shows no part #. Their Cat 1. 21"-32" w/check valve 2" top link cylinder is what I have on my DK 35.
You will need to call CCM about the side link to see what size they have avalible.
Get as close in retracted length as you can to the factory links.
