Prices on toothbars are going to vary depending if you want the standard or heavy duty one and if you have a welded on or bolt-on cutting edge. My rough guess is you're looking at about $225-250 for the 54" toothbar for a bolt-on cutting edge. Mark will give you all the price breakdowns.

I agree on bolt on toothbars 100%. There are more times that I remove it than use it. Mine on the BX22 fits very tight against the front blade. Two bolts and it pops off. When you need it bolt it back on.

Have you got a picture of this. I have heard this being done before but would like to see how it was mounted etc. Where can I find a mat???? Checked at the local Ag shop and they didn't carry them.
