Since i still have not received the NX6010, does anybody happen to know a bolt in tooth bar that fits Kioti's bucket when it has been ordered with a HD bar?

I added a WR Long Bar for 250.00 when I bought it. What's a HD Bar?

I think this is one of those things where you really want to measure the bucket on your machine. Did you mean HD bucket rather than HD bar?

I believe he is referring to the bolt on cutting edge that fits on the Kioti buckets utilizing the existing holes in the factory cutting edge. And I think he is asking if anyone has fitted a tooth-bar over that add on edge?

If he is it won't work, at least on mine it didn't.

I thought the same thing, you would have to remove the bolt on cutting edge to install most any kind of toothbar.

I have both and that's what I have to do so the Tooth Bar does not get used much.

Look into the piranha tooth bar from BXPanded. They work great! I have one and prefer over the standard toothbars like W. Long

Will that work over the Bolt on cutting edge? If not I'd sooner keep my Long.

We can accommodate the bolt on edge. We just have to know about it in advance.

Exactly. I ordered the bolt on bar that is added to the existing bucket and am wondering if anybody has gotten a bolt in tooth bar that fits over everything.

Thanks!

FWIW, now that I have the tractor, i can answer my own question for the next guy who is looking. The 72" bucket measures exactly 72" inside edge to inside edge.

Now I can order a tooth bar.

Eric, you may want to weld those outside edges of the cutting edge to the bucket, or drill another hole at the ends.

I took me 2 hours to tweek mine on the end after bolting it on.:mur:

After that, I welded the outside edges, and then about a one and a half inch bead in between each bolt hole, quite a bit of leverage out there.

It will take a little grinding to get it off.

Nice tractor:thumbsup:

i remember seeing a "strap on" tooth bar.

i like "back dragging" with a straight edge on the FEL bucket for both snow clearing, and simply leveling out a spot to filling in ruts/holes in road. and then tooth edge for bucket for digging with the FEL.

The ends can bend? That wasn't on my radar and so i'll take your advice to heart.

Yep, I was horsing mine a bit, slowly driving ahead while curling the bucket rolling some boulders up out of the ground, no support on the ends, had to C clamp it up and weld it, all is good now.

Eric, congratulations on the new arrival. Looks like it was worth the wait! I have the same loader and bucket, but without the bolt-on HD edge. I added a 72" Tisco tooth bar and like it a lot. With the HD edge, suggest you call or email Tisco customer service in Oakdale, MN to ask if it would work w/o modification. If so, the TB bolts to the sides of the bucket, so should do double-duty to help with the bending that grm61 describes.

Today i could not locally locate 1-1/4" by X D-ring clevis and so I ordered one from Agri supply for use as a tie-down down on the tow-bar.

I also mounted my now orange CAT 2 Quick Hitch.
