tools.. all metric?

it seems that whenever i need to tighten something, i don't have the appropriate size (or tool for that matter).

are all the bolts/nuts metric? any suggestions on where you can purchase a large set of wrenches, etc.?

My Snap-On dealer would be glad to help! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Just kidding. Great tools along with Mac tools and Matco. I use those for my job, but at home I use tools from Craftsman, Northern Tool and Harbor Freight. I have had good luck with stuff from all of them. They all break sometime or another. Like I said for a living I use the premium brands. At home the others work fine.

I would wait until Sears has a tool sale and buy a set of Craftsman Tools . They are "lifetime warranty " and replacable at most Sears store if you break one . My Mother-in-law taught me a little trick about Sears tools when she worked there . The tools sets that Sears put on sale are usually made overseas and do not have the close specs of their American made sets . She told me to buy the on sale set and then bring it back and exchange it for a American made set ,which was better made . She told me to say they were a "sloppy fit " .Never had a problem getting a exchange ./forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
