I ended up tightening the compartment covers and putting a thin piece of black tape along the seam. It helped a little. I think the air pulls in a lot of dust from poor door seal so I may need to adjust my door striker if possible.
I need to post a picture of my new chipper attachment. I'm used to a 20" whole tree chipper with a loader but was impressed with the toolcat powering this little 8 inch chipper. It was dusty as **** and the cab did a little better.
