Toolcat error code 06-15 Engine Speed In Shutdown

Our 2006 Toolcat 5600 is showing the error code 06-15 but appears to be running well. We have noticed the RPM is showing 0 on the screen so we are wondering if this could be the cause of the code. Hoping someone on here could help us as there is very little support in Australia from Bobcat. Thanks, Katrina.

Possible bad engine speed sensor or out of adjustment.
