Howdy all. I've got a 2023 UW50 with low hours (500?).

The other day I went to start it and it started rough, but it was cold (20*F). This isn't unusual in and if itself. So I hit the Stop button, then hit start again to cycle the plugs and there was simply no power. No lights, no screen, no beep, etc.
I've checked all the fuses in the cab to no avail. I'm not sure how to check the relays but I don't hear any clicking. Took a meter to the battery and it's holding 12.7 which should certainly be ample power to at least try to start.

Any thoughts on what else to check? Any experience on how to test the 30amp square relays?

Thanks in advance.

12.7 is basically DOA....
I appreciate the reply but I have to imagine I'd still see a light or a beep, etc. Not only that but I tried jumping the battery with my truck and got absolutely no response. Thoughts?

Sounds like a bad connection from the battery, probably the ground cable. Check the connection by removing the cable from the frame and examining the area under the connection. I wouldn't be surprised at all if there is rust there. I have been there and done that. If my suggestion doesn't pan out start checking the other connections from the battery. But I bet it's the ground cable.

I'll definitely have a look, though I can't raise the bed with no power. I've only had it for a year so I sure hope that's not the case!

12.7 volts isn’t bad for a battery but you need to load test it. I agree, even if it’s bad it shoukd light something up.

First thing to check would be the 100a mega fuse. Then check battery connections.

I've heard of this mythical mega fuse but I've been unable to find it. Where about is it located? I did check the fuseable links by the battery but they're all intact.

If it's a standard flooded lead acid battery, 12.64 is considered fully charged, some agm and other types of batteries can be higher, but anything over 12.64 you should be good for a flooded batt.

Not sure where some people pull their info from.
