tool cat 5600 2017 bob-tach issue

new to forum,
Tool cat bob-tach working slow when you push the switch. Higher rpms makes it move a little faster but not like oil should. all other hydraulics are working fine. I am thinking there might be an issue with the control valve underneath. figured I would ask son here before I got into that. even though it works I tested the the switch operation in both directions and works fine. pins on valve look ok and ground appears to good. hoping maybe some has something else to guide me before taking cartridge apart.

Without a attachment on, move the switch so you are in-between open and closed (one open and one closed is fine too). Then get out and manually open/close each one to see if they move freely....if not, get lubing them. They are not on a high pressure circuit so they should move easily by hand.
