I have a short bed truck, kicking myself for not getting a long bed but a different truck is not in the budget, I am wanting to get a fuel tank and tool box and still be able to use my gooseneck. I would like around 100ga tank and need enough room to carry my tools. Does anybody have or know of a solution, I have yet to find anything online that would work.

I used to run a 110 gallon tank in my short bed F350 and had no issues with pulling my gooseneck still had around 6 inches or more of clearance. Can get dimensions of the tank if your interested but it doesn't leave a lot of room for still using the bed.

You should have room for a L tank, but if not I have seen 60 gallon tanks with box on top, u would just have to manage your fuel better.look at UWS boxes

100 gallons and a tool box in a short bed means custom built based on my findings last year. I went with a 100 gallon rectangle from TSC... In the next year or so, I'll be upgrading personal trucks and a long bed is what's coming.
