Don't you miss having the blowing snow down your neck and sticking to you face?!:)

OK, Mr. Fancy Cab, think you've got the sweet setup, do you?

I see something your missing.

Intermittent wiper. :D

That only took you one song.. no enough time to enjoy it. What with hydraulics, cab, heat.. you're just not connecting enough with winter. LOL

Bandito...... I've actually been thinking about an intermittent wiper, but hadn't mentioned it for fear of looking like a weenie. For me it would be very useful, but don't want to be the guy who is looking for a luxury car instead of a tractor (or am i already that guy??). I think 4Shorts was gonna do an intermittent wiper..................... 4Shorts???

I'd like to think an intermittent wiper would be a nice feature for snowblowing, and I don't feel like a wimp admitting it.I'd vote for the horn and dome light as well. How are those "in the cab"videos filmed anyhow?

I took the "reciever end" off of my old Sirius satellite radio suction cup mount. Drilled one hole for a short 1/4 inch bolt, which goes into the threaded mounting hole in the bottom of any camera. Voila ! Suction-cup camera mount for my digital video camera. I just stick it to the inside of my back window over my shoulder.

Fortunately, she has a sense of humor. I guess she has to, to put up with me!:)

Not a real snowblower dude down here...but it looked like you were blowing the snow in front of you most of the time. I thought side too side, maybe because the snow was only a few inches thick?

/ Today's Tractoring Video #15
Talk about living vicariously through others, I almost felt like I was there throwing all that snow :D
What little we do get of that stuff down here, a the front blade on my 8hp Wheel Horse handles with ease.
Funny, I don't ever recall seeing a snow blower anywhere down here in the valley but, I have seen them via TV doing their thing up in the Smokey's, but never live......

Oh well, if I had to deal with it like you northern folks, a heated cab w/tunes and an intermittent wiper would be the way I'd go :D

PS, Pardon my ignorance, but it appeared you were throwing it directly in your path as opposed to off to the side, was this to maintain enough depth for the thrower or was it just the angle of the cam?

At the beginning, where I've backed out to the road...... I'm throwing it left onto the lawn. As I get up into the wide part of the driveway I am throwing the snow directly ahead of me because a) My firewood pile is to my left b) My neighbors house is to my right c) 90% of the snow easily clears the far end of the driveway...... right where i want it.

But you guys are correct, normally I wouldn't want it to land ahead of me in my path.

I really enjoy these video's. Nice machine. I don't think you should be watching the hours. I think the time on it should be measured by smiles :D

Nice video, thanks for posting it. I involuntarily flinched a bit each time the snow hit the windshield for a while until I finally figured out that I was still warm watching. I probably wouldn't miss that first face full of snow on a cold day that I get from my walk behind blower.

Nice song choice, Ductape! Your rig really gives me something to shoot for in the future. Currently following around a TroyBilt 4 hp single-stage. Just not enough room in the driveway here to fit anything else past!

Take a look: Saturday Morning Fun

Thanks for the movie, keep 'em coming!
