It's even more costly to move/get rid of when somebody tries to pump 500 gallons of oil into a 275 gallon fuel tank.

I would build a slight ramp to get up over the edge, if I was moving enough material to fill that bin. You wouldn't be the first person to rip off a hydraulic hose loading over the side that way.

Thats what I do with my tractor, I have two over a foot high ramps, 2>4x8x6' to make it 16" wide, for each side, sitting on 12x12 blocks.
