Does he sell those, or are they specialty only?

If can saw it he can sell it..... Some of cedar shingles are sent across the US, cedar decking has been shipped down to MA. I guess some people just like and want cedar, for my use I'll use hemlock and paint it, I still have painted pine shingles on my house from 35 years ago.

Needed to tear up some concrete for a garage I'm building. Was going to jack hammer it all like I did around the pool but came up with a better idea.

An even better idea would be mounting the jackhammer on the BH...............

That would require quite a lot of retrofitting as i'm pretty sure they didn't make a hammer for a 1953 oliver 77 industrial or the ware backhoe they attached to it.

I picked up an older Bridgeport mill Saturday that I had bought a while back. From what I understand these weigh about 2500 lbs. The hydraulics on the tractor handled it easily but even though I had a 78" 1000 lb. snow blower hanging off the back end of the tractor I could have used a bit more. Slow and easy did the job though.

O-boy that looks like an interesting to pick. Must have been like a pendulum that wants to hang at a slight angle ???

It wasn't too bad, just took it slow. When the guy loaded it he used a soft sling which let the mill tip forward a lot. I finally convinced him to set it down so I could chain the ropes together as I was concerned the back rope was going to slip off. To get him to set it down I had to tell him if he drops it, I won't pay for it.

Back in the days when I worked for Ford Tractor.and Implement we sold a number of those, Hughes Impactors.

I didn’t get any seat time today, but I improved the M59 brush guard. My 310 was leaps and bounds better in this aspect. IMG_8034.JPG

I finally switched out the backhoe for the snowblower lol .
I figure if I had waited any longer mother nature would have taught me a lesson on procrastination.
First I had to move the blower out of the way to drop the hoe. Kens hooks are really handy !
I really need more yard space .( springtime project hopefully )
I ran out of time today so I will tarp up the backhoe in the morning.
