Well, today was a VERY good day! I spread the last of the TP! (turkey poop) and I'm so glad to have that done! Here's the last of it, going out!
...
Did I mention that I'm GLAD to have that done? lol

My neighbor, who is well over a mile away spread chicken manure recently and the smell is really bad, even from that distance. If your neighbors show up with pitchforks and burning torches they aren't there to help you with your hay in the dark.
Finally got some seat time on my newest acquisition! After 15 years of getting by with my 8N my neighbor finally gave me her deceased husbands old tractor, a Yanmar 240D! It had been sitting uncovered for 6-7 years and the last time she tried to drive it she put it in the ditch. I went down and got it out and she parked it. Left the key in it and never touched it again.
I got it up to working condition today and just drove it around for a half hour to see what leaked or made weird noises. Ran like a champ!
Wait a minute. She GAVE you a tractor? Any pictures would be very nice to see. She probably knew you would appreciate and take excellent care of it.
Buff the paint out with some cleaner and wax, carefully touch up the running gear with an OEM spray can and lube anything that's rusty. Change all the fluids and flush out the radiator several times before new anti freeze. It will look and run much better.
