Well, my buddy got back to me with a translation. I won't go into the details since you've already explained what the markings mean.

But I will mention that my friend has absolutely no experience with tractors, but he very quickly figured out what the controls did when he translated them. That means that either he's REALLY smart, or that the markings were very well thought out.
