I'm sure this one has been discussed before, but the search had limited info.

Here's the deal...I have a Kubota L35 TLB and have considered loading the tires several times, but have seen some posts that say loaded tires are not good for a machine that has a backhoe on it (too much stress on some parts). Is this really the case?

The unit comes from the factory with a backhoe and I leave it on most of the time. However, when I am moving snow with the back blade, shaping up my gravel road or doing front end loader work, the extra weight would be helpfull particularly with the steeper areas.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks, Diamondback

I have an L39 with loaded rear tires. The loaded tires help considerably when using 3 point implements and/or using the loader without the backhoe. I don't having any issues when using the backhoe with the loaded tires. The stabilizers have no trouble lifting the rear of the tractor. However, if you are doing a lot trench crossing where you lift the rear of the tractor with the backhoe, then you may not want the tires loaded.
