Hello gents, I have a question. I always drain the gas out of my lawn mower and snow blower and let them run dry after every season, now I hear it is no good for the machine and you should leave the gas in and use a stabilizer. Would like some opinions on this subject. Thanks

Drain and run it dry, after all these machines sit in a crate for months (sometimes years) at a time.

The best thing for you to do is run the carb dry. If you have a fuel petcock turn it off (or install one) and run the carb dry.

Fill the tank with conditioned gas.

I'll second that. For 25 years that has worked for me with no varnish or rust issues.
