I have a 1957 TO-35 Deluxe with the Standard diesel engine. I'm trying to clean out the cooling system and don't see a block drain anywhere. Does anyone have a picture or schematic of the where the plug would be if there is one? I've looked through the shop manual and the web for any help. If there isn't a drain plug how do you all rinse out the block? My radiator doesn't have a drain plug either, so I have removed the lower hose to drain and rinse the radiator.

My Standard diesel doesn't have a block drain either but does have a radiator drain, but a bought a replacement radiator several years back. Not sure about OEM radiators. If yours is the OEM radiator, it has lasted a LONG time. Thankfully pulling the bottom hose isn't too difficult. Why are you cleaning the system? Overheating? If so, I'd suggest you take your radiator to a radiator shop and have the do a flow test.
