I have a 2008 TN85A, I can stop it with the clutch but when I let off the clutch it won’t move again,

Welcome to TBN. How do you get it moving again? Does it not go in low gear or high gear?

It will do everything that it needs to it’s just if I’m moving and I clutch it to slow down or stop, when I let off the clutch it doesn’t recognize that I have let off and it won’t move, I can use just the shuttle shift but not the clutch, it will recognize when I push the clutch just don’t recognize when I let off the clutch

From what you have posted I'm going to assume you have a power shuttle which uses wet clutch packs for forward and reverse.
Your foot "clutch" pedal likely has a rheostat which provides a voltage signal to your clutch controller, you could have a bad wire connection or bad rheostat or bad controller.

I tried the potentiometer, that wasn’t it so I put a new clutch start switch but that’s not it either

There is a Dump Valve solenoid , #14 in the illustration, located at the LH side of the rear axle housing, behind the fuel tank, that may be sticking from dirt in the valve or in the electrical connector, BUT does not make a lot of sense why the shifter would kick it back in gear.

Just brainstorming what else can cause this.

Also, is your battery charged and htip top shape?

Yes sir the battery is great, is there a way to reset the system maybe by unhooking the battery or something? I know it’s something simple just figuring it out.
