Rick will most likely tell you in more detail but if the pto light is on the computer will not let the tractor start as it thinks the pto is engaged. The safety switch most likely went bad and will need to be replaced but to start the tractor now you can jump across the terminals on the starter solenoid (just make sure the tractor is in neutral). I have done this a few times when I was stranded and had to get the tractor started. It isn't recommended and is not something you will want to do every time you need to start the tractor but it will start the tractor in an emergency. Just take the plastic cover off the solenoid on the starter and jump across two of the terminals (I can't recall which two right off hand without going to look but if I recall there were three terminals).

Power shuttles are a different beast and have more electronics then mechanical shuttles like mine. I can't advise you any more as I have very little experience with the power shuttle TN75. Hopefully Rick will pop in soon to help. You can also go to New Hollands website or www.messicks.com and view parts diagrams for your particular tractor. It might help you and you can order the parts direct from Messicks site as it shows if they have the part in stock and its price all up front so its very convienient and easy.

There is the potential you may have damaged the computer on your power shuttle jumping the solenoid. Hopefully you didn't but it would make me nervous.

Please describe where your PTO control lever is. The location of the lever helps locate the PTO NSS that isn't functioning properly.
