I visited the new New Holland dealer in Abingdon, VA today and was quoted ($1000.00) one thousand dollars for a remote for my TN65. The nice lady was very sorry about the price but that was it. I am trying to buy a loader from the Westendorf people and I finally figured out that if I use the one remote the tractor came with and I want to use anything else I suppose I unhook the loader. Surely there is a cheaper way to get a casting that will allow plumbing for a loader.
The tractor is a 2001 TN65 4WD and I didn't think to order with multiple remotes I did order with HD hydraulic pump and oil cooler. I didn't know what I didn't know. Its looking as if I will have $10K in the loader and remote when I get it delivered. I hope I can install the thing. The tractor has eight hundred hours I think not bad for 15 yrs. service. I am looking for ideas.
