TL3200 Help

Hello everyone, I just purchased an Iseki TL 3200 with a FEL from a friend of mine who got the tractor for some fence work. After testing out the tractor with some brushogging and dirt moving I am impressed and the tractor runs pretty good. I do have a couple of issues though so if anyone can help or point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. My first issues is I don't have a dipstick for the gear box so I don't know the fluid level. If someone knows the the lenght of the dipstick with indications of full and empty marks I could make shift something until I get a correct replacement dipstick. My second issues is the tractor takes a lot of cranking the first time I start it in the morning but after the the first start if it dies due to my error the tractor will start right back up even after it sits for a little but every morning it takes multiple long cranks to get her going. I know manuals are hard to come by after reading through the forum some. I have contacted ISEKI about a manual and I am currently awaiting a response and if i have any luck I will share it. I look forward to any help.

Does anyone know what the lighting bolt on the dash panel means. I am assuming its means some kind of heat or power issue but I just do not know what.

I can supply you with the closest manuals. Are you glow plugging it?

Yes I am glow plugging it. I did a little tinkering with it yesterday day and it started up a little faster this time. I would love to buy some manuals from you if you will just let me know how that would be great. I have not had much time to go through the tractor but I am planning on going through it real soon and want to change all the filters and fluids I can. I was told the injectors were all replaced about 1 year ago so I am expecting them to be good.

Yes sir i got the light and I learned I was starting it wrong. I did not realize I needed to turn the key counter clockwise to get the glow plugs going. I turned and held the key counter clockwise for 25 seconds and she started quickly and easily. I still want to get a manual and a dipstick if you find one.
