AC works fine for about 10 to 15 minutes and cuts off, especially when weather is hot.

Are radiator, condenser, evaporator, cab filters VERY CLEAN? Next would be install AC gauges & check pressures.

I also suggest to install manual heater hose cut-off valve to eliminate possibility of heater coolant control valve leaking internally allowing hot coolant to flow through heater core.

A/C could be undercharged, causing icing on the evaporator.
