Well... asking nicely was a complete fail. Time to turn up the heat I guess.

He is an interesting guy to say the least. He acknowledges (in writing) that the content is ours, that he knows it is copyrighted, and that he stole it but he is taking the "you can't make me remove it" stance. It has been a long time since I have met anyone (adult) that was like that. I have no experience with the tractors that he sells or any of his other business decisions but this decision is certainly sketchy.
I'm not really a lawsuit kind of guy but, in this case, I have made an exception and got the pros involved. We will see how it goes.
Titan Tractors is aware of this thread.

Does Titan have a physical presence anywhere with real tractors to sell? Where?
This sounds like he's selling phantom tractors where you pay full price in advance, never see the tractor before purchase, then wait for it to arrive ...
Now are these the tractors you will actually purchase, like walk in with the money and load it onto your trailer I have no idea, it could be a scenario like you say where you place an order and your tractor arrives at a later date and all they are is a middle man to the person who is painting up these Yanmar/YMR/Mitsubishi tractors or whatever they are???

VN Tractors, Mesquite Texas advertises YNM and I wouldn't be surprised if they are the importer and wholesaler for all of the 'reconditioned' Yanmars with YNM trademark. Including Titan.Seems to me there is a distributor somewhere selling these privately to small dealers...
Or he stole that picture, too.

There are some posts on here about them.
In AZtractorsales slideshow of pictures, I think some of them show 'VN Tractors' location in Texas with a big sign out front.
Was VN Tractors formerly Vina Tractors?
do they remove the name plate on the engine that says yanmar?it's been some time, so I don't remember all the details.. But, When I contacted yanmar, I was told that the place in texas (don't remember the name) had entered into an agreement with yanmar (because of the suit) and was allowed by yanmar to sell these tractors as a YNM Tractor....This makes me think the place in texas is supplying this guy with tractors

I do believe that to be the case. My steering wheel center cap had the yanmar logo ground off. The only yanmar name on the tractor was in the fuel/temp gauge and shifter console.
