Titan Rim Crack

New to forum and having issues with Titan Rim cracking. First was the left front and now the right front with less than 30hrs on tractor. The cracks are occurring over the rims clamp welds. What could be causing this issue? I have checked all specifications for ag tires. Running recommended pressures and all. Just regular loader work. Attached is a photo of leak. Any ideas what could be happening other than manufacturer defect? Thank you

Mahindra appears to use very weak rims. If the bolts arent good and tight the loader loads cause front rims to crack at the spot welds that attach the bracket to the rim. Tires have to be demounted to fix. Then tighten those bolts to their strength limit and it wont happen again.

Ok so i need to take the tire off the rim and then torque the clamp bolts? Or just take the wheel off the tractor and crank down on those puppies? Just trying to be %100 sure. These things are obviously temperamental creatures... Haha

The tires have to come off so that the rim cracks can be welded from the inside.

Agree with the cause of the problem.
At less than 30 hours those wheels should be repaired or replaced under warranty by your dealer..
